Project description:
The Vodafone Romania Foundation supports the entrepreneurship workshops attended by entrepreneurs who are just getting started or by people who intend to set up their own business. The workshops are also attended pro-bono by a representative of Concordia Bakery Romania in order to improve business knowledge.
The students regularly engage in volunteer activities in the project we support (Letters to Santa Clause, visits to orphanages, etc.).
Starting with 2016, the Vodafone Romania Foundation supports the MERITO project (scholarships for exceptional teachers), the Mentoria project (mentoring for entrepreneurs) and it sponsored the RBL Summit organized on 3-4 March 2016.
Free attendance at the entrepreneurship and mentoring courses is granted for the NGOs assignees with the goal to help them improve their social business.
Results
Over 10 entrepreneurs involved in volunteering activities;
11 assignees of the NGOs participated to entrepreneurship courses;
1 assignee of one social company learned how to improve his products and his business by participating to mentoring sessions.
