Irina Margareta Nistor is a film critic, producer of radio and television shows, with a rich activity as a journalist and translator. Over time, Irina Margareta Nistor has interviewed many celebrities, has commented, live, several editions of the César, Oscar, BAFTA or EMMY Awards, has filmed and commented on radio and television the festivals in Karlovy-Vary, Reims, Stockholm, Cannes, Berlin, Namur, Tokyo, San Sebastian. She has also been a jury member in the Dakino Festival and artistic director of the Costineşti Festival and, since 2002, jury member of the International Film Festival Dakino and, since 2007, of Anonymous. Prior to joining the Vodafone Romania Foundation, Irina Margareta Nistor was part of the Executive Board of the SOROS Foundation in Romania.

She has worked as a governmental expert in the General Secretariat of the Government, the Department for Child Protection. In this capacity, she has served in the Steering Committee for Humanitarian Aid for Romania, received from the European Community in the period 1990-1993. Throughout her career, she has coordinated several projects for the restructuring of child welfare institutions and of those for people with special needs all over Romania, along with western experts offering technical assistance through PHARE programs. Condelina Kilikidis has also worked for the development of government strategies and of the new European legislation on child protection. ”Because I have always been guided by the thought that it is a selected duty to be useful to people (Sophocles – Oedipus Rex), ever since 1997 I started volunteering in the Sirois Foundation (Connex), which I continued in the Vodafone Foundation. Ioana Mihăilescu manages the company’s relationships with its over 9 million Vodafone customers and runs the call center operators’ teams, support teams and the teams in charge of the direct communication with the business customer segment. From 2014 until January 2018, Ioana Mihăilescu acted as Channel Strategy & Customer Value Management Director. In this role, she initiated the transformation of sales channels and contributed significantly to Vodafone Romania’s solid performance in the segment dedicated to private customers. Previously, she has occupied the position of Customer Operations Support Director within the company for two years.

She is convinced that the long-term partnerships between NGOs and companies can operate successfully in Romania as well and that these partnerships will primarily lead, in time, at changing people’s mentality about the importance of their direct involvement in solving community problems.

He has supported in multiple situations, from the position of country general manager, complex projects and resource development in the medium and long term. He has also had a sustained activity in the area of company restructuring activities and he has worked in professional services for mergers and acquisitions. As Chairman of AmCham – the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania, he has contributed to unifying the voice of the business community and he has participated in promoting its interests in the general benefit of the community. Currently, Valeriu Nistor is Director of the Enterprise Division in Vodafone Romania and he is responsible for all commercial relationships for this area.
